Christmas Opening Hours

For Customers with Standard Support (eg you do not have a specific Technical Support Agreement with us)

Standard Technical support will close at 12pm on 24th December, and will return to normal operation on 4th January at 9am. A limited Support Team will be in and responding to requests on: 29th, 30th and 31st of December from 09:30 to 12:30 each day. Our technical support team will continue to monitor our infrastructure 24/7 as usual.

For Customers with Pre-Paid Technical Support OR Committed IT Support Entry Level Plans:

Our Premium Technical support will close at 12pm on 24th December, and will return to normal operation on 4th January at 9am. A limited Support Team will be in and responding to requests on: 29th, 30th and 31st of December from 09:30 to 12:30 each day. Our technical support team will continue to monitor our infrastructure 24/7 as usual, and we'll be providing periodic monitoring of support requests outside of these times. Entry Level Plans and Pre-Paid Support plans do not include 24/7 service cover for your services, and we'll handle any tickets raised in priority, first come, first served during our limited opening hours. Please note that many suppliers, particularly those for Connectivity Services are not providing full support during the Christmas & New Year break and therefore the support we can provide in any case is limited.

For Customers with Full Committed IT Support which includes Out of Hours (OOH) Services:

Normal (Day to Day Routine) Technical support will close at 12:30 on 24th December, and will return to normal operation on 2nd January at 9am. Please see below for the arrangements for the dates over the festive period and the support applicable:

Please be aware that whilst we'll be offering some full technical support times above, our ability to provide the support is limited where third party organisations are involved - as many providers, especially connectivity providers have network freezes and reduced support - so we are not always able to raise faults or make some types of request.

At all times, our team will continue to monitor our managed services and core infrastructure on a 24/7 basis as normal, this applies every single day of the year.
