We're pleased to confirm that we've renewed our Microsoft Partner status for another year, and are now Microsoft Midmarket Solution Provider Partners - based in Exeter, Devon. So what does that mean for you as a Customer, and why should you care?

For you as our customers, this means you can be sure our team have continued to keep up to date with emerging technologies from Microsoft which many of you rely on for your business, and outside of technical updates we're also familiar with the latest licensing terms and options available to give you properly licensed, working Software.

The partner status and membership also helps us to provide you with up to date assistance when you have our IT Support Plans - such as Committed and Pre-Paid as we'll have access to Test and Evaluation versions of Microsoft Software - this means we can be early to adopt new technology and be ready for when your business wants to take advantage of it. It's this same benefit we take advantage of to ensure we're ready for Windows 8, and for some of our Cloud Technology Services - like Agility Mail and Agility Desktop.

It also gives us access to Microsoft's Technical Support for critical assitance - so if one of you has a critical issue and we need to work with specialists at Microsoft to resolve unusual cases, we're able to do so quickly and effectively.
