Hosted and Cloud Technology - Agility Mail
Help with your Hosted E-Mail Service, including Outlook, Mobile Access, using Web Mail and sharing information with your team

What is the maximum number of people I can send to per message?

When sending a message, the maximum number of recipients per message is set to 50.

If you need to send to more recipients than this you could consider:

(a) Splitting your sending into multiple messages of 50 people or less each time

(b) Consider taking one of our Bulk E-Mail Services

The limit is enforced to ensure that the Agility Mail Service is not used for sending bulk messages or unsolicited commercial mailings - this is because when such unsolicited communications are sent, the reputation of the mail server(s) sending the messages will be affected in various third party Spam Monitoring Systems.

As the Agility Mail Service is a shared mail service, we cannot allow an individual customer to use the system in such a manner as it would not only detriment them but all customers using our services. It is also against our Acceptable Use Policies to use the Agility Mail Service for bulk mailing and the service is not suitable for such use.
