How can I receive copies of e-mails blocked as virus infected?

As of 12th May 2014, any messages we identify has having a virus cannot be delivered to you, and will be removed from your e-mail queue.

In testing this has not proven to cause any major issues and customers overwhelmingly tell us they prefer the system to remove viruses long before they ever see them.

If you believe our systems are identifying a legitimate message as being virus infected, please contact our Support Team with full details and we will be able to review and advise accordingly.
