Making changes and adjusting your Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam Services

Can I whitelist an e-mail address or domain name that is being incorrectly stopped by the Anti-Spam service?

Yes, you can request that we configure one of 4 different styles of whitelist, including:

- Sender Domain Whitelists
- Sender E-Mail Address Whitelists
- Recipient E-Mal Address Whitelists
- Sender Domain with Recipient Filtered Whitelists

Our "G112 - Getting Started with Cloud Screening Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam" User Guide provides detailed information on these options. If you haven't got a copy, or need a new copy of this guide, please contact our Customer Services team.

NOTE FOR USERS OF THE OLD SCREENING SERVICE:

There was previously an "Anti-Spam Whitelisting Form" - this is no longer available and you need to contact our Support Team to make changes. Please also be aware of the limitations in the number of requests you can make per month. Our Getting Started Guide has detailed information on this - please contact Customer Services for a copy if you do not have one.
