Troubleshooting Broadband Issues, help with connection issues or making changes to your Broadband Service

I have broadband with VPW, but my phone line from someone else, who do I contact if I have a problem?

If you experience problems with your Broadband Service, you should first check your phone line - if this is not working (dead line with no dial tone, crackling/noise on the line) then you should first contact your phone provider.

Ask them to fix your voice phone issue - but we recommend you avoid discussing broadband as very often this will be used to avoid resolving the phone issue.

Most Broadband Issues that occur when a phone line is also having issues are resolved once the phone is fixed.
