If you've opted to pay us via a regular Direct Debit via our partners at GoCardless, you'll need to log in to your account at www.GoCardless.com and cancel the payment. Alternatively you can contact your Bank and cancel the Direct Debit.
We regret that we are unable to cancel your recurring payments at our end (you've setup a recurring payment authorisation). Please refer queries about this to www.gocardless.com who are the payment provider.
