You cannot give me a completion date, why?

Although we would like to, we cannot always provide a completion date for you at the point your order is placed.

This could be because:

- We need payment from you before we progress the order

- We'll need to place orders with third party suppliers for your services so we'll need them to confirm our orders before we can give more information.

- Your order needs further planning/preparation work before we can provide a completion date estimate.

- In the case of larger orders, it could be that another service we're providing to you needs to be completed or progressed before this order can.

Normally this is nothing to worry about and we'll update you as soon as we can. If you are concerned, please feel free to contact us about the order and we'll try and help you if we can.
