I'm already using Agility Desktop, why can't I log in to Web Files?

The Agility Desktop Web Files service is an additional option that you can add to an Agility Desktop account. It comes with a small supplemental per-user charge, and then gives you access to the same data you store on Agility Desktop.

Your organisation can subscribe individual users to Web Access, so if you think you should have access, it may be that your organisation hasn't asked us to enable your user. If you're sure you should have access but cannot login, contact our Support Team for assistance.

If you've previously subscribed ONLY to Web Files, but later upgraded to also have Agility Desktop, you should retain your previous access (unless you cancelled Web Files access at the same time).
