Can I access my Web Files via a Drive Letter?

Yes, in many cases you can.

We directly support this feature in Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. You can also use this service on Mac OS X and Linux - the service uses WEBDAV.

To setup on Windows Vista/7:
1. Open Computer (Start > Computer)
2. Choose "Map Network Drive"
3. Pick a Drive Letter
4. For the location, enter:

https://webfiles.agilitydesktop.co.uk/htcomnet/hcwebdav/

(Or to go straight to your companies shared storage drive, normally Drive S on Agility Desktop, add your company suffix - eg:

https://webfiles.agilitydesktop.co.uk/htcomnet/hcwebdav/DEMOCO/

5. Make sure "reconnect at logon" and "use alternative credentials" are both checked.

6. Click Finish.

7. When prompted, make sure you enter your Agility User login information.

8. You're done!

For Windows 8, from the Start Screen (press the Windows Key to go to this).

1. Type "computer"
2. Open "Computer" (not "Computer management")
3. Choose Map Network Drive from the "Computer" Tab
4. Pick a Drive Letter
5. For the location, enter:
