What is the Bulk E-Mail Messaging Service for?

The service is designed to provide a mechanism for customers to send legitimate bulk e-mail communications. For example, marketing to existing customers that have opted in to receive such communications, or product/service news and updates would be considered typical uses.

It may also be useful if you have a large organisation and need to send regular communications to your workforce.
