Which operating systems are supported with Agility Desktop?

We provide FULL support for Agility Desktop in these instances:

- Windows 8.1 (32-bit/64-bit)
- Windows 10 (32-bit/64-bit) - all versions except "S" Editions

We provide LIMITED support for:

- Windows 11 (we do not recommend this, some features unavailable)
- Windows 8 32-bit/64-bit (preinstalled by us)
- Windows 8 32-bit/64-bit (installed by customer)
- Windows 8 Pro 32-bit/64-bit (preinstalled by us)
- Windows 8 Pro 32-bit/64-bit (installed by customer)
- Apple macOS Catalina or later - with MS Remote Desktop Client
- Any Android Tablet meeting the minimum requirements
- Any Apple Phone or Tablet meeting the minimum requirements

We DO NOT support:

- Any pre-release updates or versions of Windows
- Windows 7 (any version)
- Windows Vista with Service Pack 1, all variants
- Windows XP (any version)
- Windows 2000, Windows Me or any older version of Windows
- Any Windows Server Operating System
- Any Microsoft Windows 7 or Windows Phone 8 Device (inc Phones/Tablets)

If you are using an unsupported Operating System, you'll need to contact us for advice, and if your OS is in limited support we advise you to contact us for guidance on the best options for you.
