Can I whitelist e-mail from a particular IP Address?

No, whitelisting is based on other information such as the sender and receiver, and the "sending" IP address is not used. This is partially because mail servers are open to misconfiguration or compromise which would then allow spam to be received without further checks.

In addition, our new Cloud Screening Anti-Virus & Anti-Spam service uses more advanced detection technology.
