Can I use a different router?

No, our Broadband Services are Managed and therefore we select, provide and maintain your router. In addition, our experience shows that the choice of router can affect speed, stability and overall robustness of your service. As we are committed to providing the best possible experience for a given line, being able to control the router choice is critical to that.
