Troubleshooting Broadband Issues, help with connection issues or making changes to your Broadband Service
If you wish to transfer your broadband services, please contact us in the first instance as this may have an impact on other services.
Please note, if you have any sort of Managed Service which includes connectivity, you are not able to migrate those lines as they are not yours, and are ours installed at your premises for our purposes. Ask us if you need more help with this.
