Queries relating to the AVG Anti-Virus Software we supply to many of our customers that commonly arise.

How do I renew my license key?

If you are an existing customer who takes the AVG Software product from us, you'll normally be invoiced by us around 1 month before your current license expires. Once you have paid the invoice, your license will be renewed.

If you have managed services from us, we'll normally install and deploy license updates for you as part of this process without action from yourselves.

If you have self-installation or simply purchase the product through us as your reseller you'll receive an e-mail from our HelpDesk with your refreshed license information and are responsible for installing the license keys yourself.
