Getting Started, using Agility Desktop and How to use Features
If you have been using Agility Desktop with a second screen and then disconnect it, any applications you had open on that screen won't be visible. The simplest fix is to sign out from Agility Desktop from the Web Portal, or log off from Windows and then log back in. When you reconnect to Agility Desktop the absence of your second screen will be noted and the applications moved back to your primary screen.
Agility Desktop isn't currently able to "dynamically" handle changes of screen - such as disconnections, additional screens or rotated screens during a session.
