Why is my request to access the Web being refused/denied?

Some Agility Desktop customers subscribe to our Web Content Filtering Service.

The service can be configured to allow or restrict Internet/Web Access based on various criteria. The policy on what can or cannot be accessed is normally set by your company (and normally our main Technical Contact for your company).

You should discuss the restrictions with your company if you feel they are inappropriate or otherwise preventing you using the Internet/Web as you wish.

Please note that for performance reasons, we don't recommend Web Browsing using the Agility Desktop Service - for the best overall performance and response, use the browser on your computer (usually Internet Explorer)
