Information and Guidance on how to reach our HelpDesk and how the service works
The exact response times do vary, sometimes for reasons beyond our control. For most routine requests we aim to respond within 2-4 hours.
For some types of requests (such as Anti-Spam Whitelisting, Tracing blocked/missing e-mails) this can take longer due to the work involved. If you are particularly concerned, you can call Support. We often respond far faster than indicated above though.
