Information and Guidance on how to reach our HelpDesk and how the service works
To protect the security of your account you may have some passwords setup on the account. We offer both PERSONAL passwords and COMPANY passwords.
For some types of account and/or request we'll require these passwords to action your support request.
In addtion, some types of account have "Restricted Contacts" which means we'll only deal with specific people from your organisation. If you aren't on the list, we will reject your support case to ensure our mutual protection.
Your account passwords are not the same as those used for services such as e-mail.
