Yes - the number to call depends on your Service Plan
For STANDARD Customers:
(You won't have a Pre-Paid or Committed Agreement Number)
You need to call us on 0845 003 8111 between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
For PREMIUM Customers:
(You'll have a Pre-Paid or Committed Agreement Number)
You need to call us on 0845 003 8113 unless we've given you a special number. If you haven't got Extended Hours, you'll be able to reach us between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
