I have an Extended Hours Support arrangement, who do I call?

If you have taken a Pre-Paid or Committed Support Plan and added an Extended Hours Agreement, you'll have 2 different numbers for support.

The first number is used during normal Office Hours and provides full support for all aspects of your service.

The second nmber is used during "Out of Hours" times - these will vary by your agreement but can include 24/7/365 service. Generally this will cover critical service issues for your services with us, unless otherwise agreed. We recommend reviewing your Extended Hours Agreement for more detailed information.
