Backup Services - Remote Backup for Small Business
Common queries answered for our Small Business backup services that work on your Desktop, Laptop or Server system, including how to make changes and check the service is working.
We recommend contacting our Support Team in the first instance and arranging a Managed Restore. This is a chargeable service, but our experience shows that customers often overwrite additional files or struggle to get the restore process right without assistance - particularly if restoring more complicated systems such as Exchange and SQL Server.
